For the Ethernet dongle (Depretiated)

For the ethernet dongle:

You will need a USB Keyboard or Mouse, and the respective Skoop stick remote that belongs to the TV showing this error.

Follow the one of the below images, then use the keyboard or mouse and navigate to the Factory data reset and click that. Give it about 30 seconds to two mins and it will generate a new code. Please send this new code to us, or unpair your screen in the signage app and re-enter the new code for this screen.

If you have an ethernet dingle, see below image:

If you are connected to just wifi, please use the image below - you can ignore the To Power (Brick or USB port as it applies only to ethernet users):

You will need a USB Keyboard or Mouse, and the respective Skoop stick remote that belongs to the TV showing this error.

Once you have things set up, then use the mouse or keyboard to select the Factory Data Reset - give it a few mins.

It will show the pair remote screen so have your remote handy for that Skoop Stick and follow the prompts on the screen. Once paired, hit the home button on the remote to navigate to Settings (at this point you don't have to use the mouse or keyboard anymore and can just use the remote going forward for the rest of the below):

Then go to Network and Internet and select the Wifi you want to connect and enter password:

Once that's complete, then let us know and we can do the rest on our side to get you connected.
