Signage App Troubleshooting

1. Screen Manager Log in for Geniatech (internal use only!)

MDM Account Username: MurraMDM

Password: SK0512

Customer ID: 0xCD000346

2. Skoop Stick - If customer is having playlist issues, or other related issues

Step 1: Take your skoop remote and press the left arrow as shown below

Step 2: Have customer send screenshot of this menu page (example below) once they click this arrow and send you the screenshot - screenshot will look something like this below - ensure this screenshot is coming from the devices that are having the issues with playlists, etc:

Step 3: once screenshot(s) are received, please send this to the tech team in the appropriate ticket chain and tag the engineers in the ticket (for now this is Jira until further notice)

2. Obtaining IP Address from customers Skoop Stick

Below are the steps on how we can obtain a customers IP address on the Skoop Stick:

Step 1:

  1. Customer Side: With Skoop Remote, hit the Home Button on the Skoop remote as seen below (circled in blue):

    1. Open skoop remote home button.png

  2. go to Settings

  3. Select About > Status > Network

  4. Find the setting for IP Address

  5. Take picture of IP address and send to support

Step 2

  1. Internal - upload screenshots from customer into Jira Ticket and notify tech team
